I wish to both recognize Jeff and recommend him as well, as an outstanding leader and mentor to our teams, and to me as a co-lead as well, and a very capable expert who can roll up his sleeves and get a month's work done in a week, with time to spare. He is relentless in his pursuit of excellence and in meeting and often exceeding a client's wish. Jeff gets along great with the CEO and CIO just as well as the guy who makes sure we have access to the important databases and interfaces we need, and his vast knowledge and understanding of business systems and structures makes him invaluable on any team, whether as a member or leader. I had the privilege to work with Jeff on a major project which took most of 2014, and I will wholeheartedly agree it was a pleasure, and I learned a lot from him, and he was invaluable to our overall project as well. Jeff is incredibly intelligent and excellent at engaging senior management in the vision and implementation approach designed by the team. Aside from his database design/build expertise, one of his greatest skills is consensus-building, especially among senior leadership in different functional areas. He built a coalition and task force that helped to oversee, track, and make real-time adjustments to an incredibly, incredibly detailed and complicated enterprise change project, and he was successful. Not many could pull it off, but he did, and he was fun to work with in the process. Hope to work with him again!
